-The FSV-2 incorporates nylon wiper seals fitted to either side of the metering plate. This allows a wide variety of abrasives, including metallic and steel grits to be used. -A large clean out/inspection port, drain port, are provided for greatly improved servicing and maintenance. -A pressurization port on the top of the housing allows a compressed air supply to be connected to assist in flushing out any blockages in the drain port. -Improved sealing of the metering plate stem using a combination of lip seals and O-rings is also a feature of the FSV-2.
